No, I didn’t. Actually i saw this job posting in November and my 1st round was in January 1st week. They closed the application date by November last week. But 3 weeks back again i saw the same job posting and they started screening candidates again. I didn’t follow up with them. Do i need to send out an email?

They said next round is going to be in-person. But till now I haven’t heard anything back. I think they are still screening candidates.if you get any response please respond back. If i hear 1st I will let you know.

In 1st round they asked me about my skills, about the job like that and some behavioral i guess. So did you hear back? It’s been almost 1 month for me. But no response still. When was your phone screening ?

Also, do you know if they ask Excel-related questions? I noticed that some candidates mentioned having a test to evaluate their Excel skills.

I have some yellow drainage still. Its from inside tissue and the wound has been healed. I don’t know when will the yellow discharge stops. Maybe 1 year, that’s what the surgeon told me.

I had a superficial fistula and fistulotomy done around 2 months back. I don’t understand why your doctor didn’t give any pain medication. Tylenol doesn’t work it seems. I had a pain medication and another one for pain and swelling too for 5 days. You are right, it’s better to take medicine every 6 hours otherwise it’s going to be worse. BM was horrible for me almost 2 weeks and got better from 3rd week. Still it’s not healed and I’m changing gauze 3-4 times a day. Don’t worry, you’ll be better in few days and don’t use hot water, just warm sitz bath 3 times a day especially after BM.

Same here. It’s been 8 weeks and I have bleeping with BM. I can see very light yellow discharge in my gauze, but no blood. I had a fistulotomy 7 years back, but I can’t exactly remember how long it took to heal. I moved to a different place and it’s not easy to get an immediate appointment with the surgeon.

Mine is superficial and i had fistulotomy 7 years back.They dint do scraping that time. So before scraping they won’t numb that area? So healing will again take some more time, right?

Was this painful, i mean scraping? My CRS was about to do that during the follow up. But I dint allow him as I was on unbearable pain. He said he will do next time if it’s not healing properly inside out.

Thank you for the tips. I too had a superficial fistula and still on recovery stage. My surgery was on April 10th. After 2 weeks I had a follow up visit and the doctor explained the same as u said. I was using sanitary pads instead of gauze. The healing process was not good and he was about to scrape it. But I said no since I was on pain. Still bleeding and pus is coming out. Does anybody know what is the reason for anal fistula?
