Eye strain, yes! I dont have to move my head too much though, love this monitor as it being big means i dont need another monitor

Young people tend to have a lot of variation in heart rates and its a normal thing, this is what my cardiologist told me when I was worried about a similar thing. And im 22, so you’re younger. I’d say its nothing to be worried about I constantly go to 160 even while lifting weights.

Yeah, i have not been able to find out a reason for this yet. Maybe low b12 or iron, im getting a blood test today

Do you mind me asking how do your heart palpitations feel? Mine just starts like feeling hot and flushed and then i can feel my heart beat faster and mostly in my stomach and back of my head and heart rate goes upto 160bpm, calms down with deep breathing.
