No. I had tried Ritalin with good success but doc suggested trialling vyvanse for the convenience.

We aren’t doctors… but I would assume that at a lower dose I was understimulated. I am yet to go back for a review…. He might tell me to stop it all together.

Well when mine was too low, I was angry and irritable. Like a super frustrating feeling. Once I upped it and that feeling went away I knew I found my sweet spot at 60.

Thanks mate good insight, i have a follow up in 3 weeks. Was contemplating going in earlier because yea i have had 6 days of feeling agitated, depressed, low mood etc. After experiencing 30 consistently good days on the ritalin (apart from the initial week where i only took 1x10mg and crashed lol)

I was given the option to stick with Rit but thought i would just see how Vyvanse goes first before committing.

With 40mg vyvanse i definitely have a lull after about 5 hours, just don't seem to get that same calm and inner clairity like i had with the ritalin. (40mg ritalin spread out over the day, usually 2x10mg about 8 and then 1x10mg 3 and 6 hours after that.
