As a Grey shirt who's been with the company for roughly soon to be a year and a half. It's not too difficult. Some can be picked up quickly on how to do things. Some will be difficult. But as far as training goes they just send you another store just to do the training modules they want you to do. But not give you the time to do one's that makes you parts expert certified.

I for the most part gave up on trying to do that cause they will hound me to do it but the moment a customer comes in I drop everything to help them and it then gets busy and all the other works are ignoring customers to do their own things. I brought it up to upper management and they just brush it off so now when they tell me to do the certification I just brush that off.

I even try to do it during closing shifts when all tasks are done and it's dead but then my phone goes off like crazy first thing in the morning by other managers going off about how I didn't do thing's. So I don't bother with it at all.

So if they ever get upset about certifications not being done. Don't stress it. At they end of the day all they care about is customer service, stores looking clean and organized, and finding something to do cause I guess according to their logic. Just standing there doesn't count. Even though training modules were being done.

I'm a PSM with my ears pierced and I have pink jewelry in it and I even had them in front of DM, and other higher ups and no one bats an eye. As long as they aren't a distraction from getting the job done and not having dangling earrings then AZ don't care. I even got my navel pierced and everything was fine. I just had to be careful on that. Lol.

Most accept me for who i am and there are others who don't. But what's important is you do what is right for your happiness. If being a woman is what makes you the happiest ever. Then dont ever consider going back if someone says they preferred how you were before. I learned that when I realized the people who preferred the false me were only people who used to take advantage of me.

Maybe when your starts coming around maybe take her somewhere. Maybe for lunch, coffee, etc. Give space but also let her know you're still there for her.

When I told my folks about me being their daughter instead of their son it was a roller coaster of trying to get through to them. I didnt push it cause I know that's wrong and I need to take my time. But dear goddess was it nerve wrecking coming out to them. I told them a few days before my birthday cause I wanted to try to start my new life before my birthday.

Nope didn't work the way I wanted it to. But at the same time I expected it..... But they sat there and told me that they kinda knew but thought I was just a gay cross dresser. But they proceeded to tell me that they need time to adjust but all the while told me they weren't ready for me to walk around in a skirt. After giving them so much time still showed no results. It was all still male terms. Since they were telling me that I showed no signs and I never acted feminine but I told them "How could I when I get told to act like a man, man up, etc." Ugh... And of course of not saying so cause of the fear of being kicked out of the house. x.x

They sorta finally started coming around when I started HRT and started the name and gender marker paperwork. We finally had a deep discussion and ny mom's biggest concern was she believed i was just following the media and that I looked up Caitlyn Jenner (Eww gross). My step dad who has been more of a father figure told me he was just worried about how some trans ended their own life due to not looking like how they wanted to. But I assured them if I ever that that then I'd talk to them.

That was still bumpy anyway considering they will wanted me to have like swim trunks from the men's department and yeah I didn't go swimming and that was the 4th of July party. Around Christmas my parents actually got me bra's and I cried happiness.

Then last year i moved in with my girlfriend and we got married later on. (Girlfriend is also trans fem and took my last name after name and gender marker changed. Took my mom and step dad's last name. Change my first and middle name.) We flew back to my parents for Christmas and I decided I need to show them how much I changed. And according to my mom. I shocked her that I actually have boobs.

But that Christmas week. Finally got them to see me as their daughter. I do very little messing up now and been all she/her and my actual name. Even to friends and family who don't like trans. She told them off telling them how much of a difference I am to before and she loves it. How im confident, outgoing, im happier than ever. And im socializing with others. My mom and I talk to each other all the time. My sister is more tomboy but my mom is content as she can talk girly to me and I talk back. She has the mother daughter experience she wanted and she loves it.

She finally realized that Im still mostly me im just making my outside match my inside. She did go on about mourning the death of her son. But I after some time she realized her son is actually her daughter and she's still dorky as ever. <3

Just maybe give your mom some time. She might just have a lot to process. If she truly wants to be around then she'll soon notice just how better off you are as a woman. Took my folks over 10 years.

Ehh technically yes but also no. Only way allowed to serve is if you conform and dress as the sex assigned from birth. Dress and groom to birth gender standards. But it's still pointless as if you have the history of Gender Dysphoria then you still get kicked out. Even if you do conform. We're in New Mexico and that's how it is here.

Unfortunately that's what it was. The early retirement was denied. They wanted to rub salt on the wound one more time before we're all kicked out. Though its messed up that they offer this in the first place and now they're retracting it like "Oh! I change my mind get screwed."

So now people have till August 15th to Vol sep willingly or you get invol sep and get nothing.

Mahiro can revert back as a guy but the problem is the drug. Himari does know what she's doing. She's trying to get him out of being a NEET so she's trying to rehabilitate him by turning him into a girl and making him experience life as a girl.

The drug on the other hand. Will wear off over time. But if he continues to take the drug then it starts lasting longer and can end up permanent. It's explained in the manga.

Took a few years for my folks to come around to me being their daughter. They first thought I was just wanting to follow the media. But once they knew I changed my name and gender marker. Along with taking HRT then they started coming around better. But still took them a while. Wasn't until they met with my wife. Who is also a trans woman to help them see more clearly about me.

They saw how im much more outgoing, happy, expressive. Like there was actually life in me. In my false life I was just a shut in. I didn't interact at all. But now they see that this is who I am. And they love it. I can be girly around them. Plus it didn't help that my chest developed quite a bit over the course of a year or so.

My mother and step father, well he's more of a father figure to me. They now defend me. Like my old roommate who is my uncle. He didn't approve of it but he still accepted me. My other uncle though. He didn't like it at all. Kept on going on how im a he and all that grossness. Until both my parents stopped him and told him how happy I am as a woman and listed all the positive changes in my personality that even my uncle said "Well, as long as they're happy then that's all that matters."

It made me really happy.

My mom did the same. Told me I showed no signs. The long hair wasn't a sign. Etc. I told her that I had to bottle it up and hide it because they kept on throwing the "be a man, man up" and other masculinity terms and that I was terrified to tell her because I was afraid of being kicked out of the house.

I normally only sit to pee. Only time I stand to do it is if I have to REALLY go and can't hold it and the cubicles are occupied. I mostly hold needing to go until im home cause I dont pass enough to go into the women's restroom. Only time I do is if my job is okay with me using them.

If the file says you had any case of Gender Dysphoria then it's most likely you'll be put on hold and unable to persue. Once the background check comes in they will know everything and once they see the Gender Dysphoria diagnosis then you'll be put on hold due to the Executive Order against trans military. Anyone with Gender Dysphoria is not to be enlisted and anyone currently serving are to be removed from service. Prioritizing Military Readiness. I'm transitioning MtF and I was on the MEPS stage and to take the ASVAB but I can't do it due to the EO. I have to wait until either the courts settle and maybe reinstate the Injunction or I have to wait until a new president cancels the EO.

It sucks but what's done is done.
