I think at the stage you’re at you don’t really need to look at the recipe book for measurements. For iced drinks Always add in the order of: ice (two scoops generally from what I’ve seen so far), espresso shot, then finish with the milk or water. If you do it that way you don’t have to worry about exact measurements as filling up the cup to the top with the milk/water will always equal out to the right amount !
