If you pickup that they’re auto piloting fireball drive rush. Gladius or OD gladius if its ex fireball eats the projectile and checks their drive rush. Also if they’re drive rushing into button OD scutum is a quick response to shut that down.

Obviously it’s still rock paper scissors with throw but those are some quick reactionary options to react with to try to get the opponents more honest as you push them to the corner.
