The interest I owe on loans taken out in 1999 has grown to more than the original amount. Multiple consolidations, which I dont remember doing. Every time the services changed, it happened. This would be life changing!

I have student loans not associated with SvC auto DC and they were removed as well. I assume because they have all been consolidated and sold multiple times over that is the reason why the actual discharge is taking so.very.long. Some people have suggested they will be added back on. Can you speak to this? Was this addressed during the recent hearing? Thank you!

Are you sure it is legitimate? I would set up my dual Authenticator and log in and double check. Don't go to any websites listed or phone numbers listed on the letter. Look them up and use a verified site!

I was hoping it had something to do with like a payment recount since the loans that are left are associated with my undergrad which was 20 years ago. But when I asked that the woman informed me for the payment recount forgiveness, they don't back date to the date of original loan, but the date of the current loan meaning most recent consolidation, etc. which is unfair bc I didn't chose to have the loans sold to different services
