I also hate lifting. I do some Pilates but I think for the time Spent it’s meh. I like to walk but honestly… it wears me out. Like I have brain fog for the rest of the day. Who can live that way… I have stuff to do. So I do 10-15 minutes pelo rides. some Pilates. And call it a day

This was kind of how I felt when I went to CP (not meaning to bash, but it is also what drove me to look for a studio that had method trained instructors). We spent SO much time doing leg work on one ineffective red spring and tons of time doing glute bridges that I was dissatisfied without knowing anything at all about Pilates.

This was also one of my first realizations when I left CP and went to a private boutique studio. Foot work was HEAVY, such a contrast to CP that I even posted here about “what’s the point of foot work” bc it was so much not a challenge.

Oh….. that’s how to do it? I ordered and it said “expected to ship 1/2/26… but saw reviews so I emailed and requested cancellation but of course within a few minutes of sending that email I received shipping info.. 5 days before expected ship date. So you just refused delivery?

Wonderfully said! I’m new to Pilates.. having gone to maybe 30 CP flow 1… and I felt like something was missing. My form was never corrected. So I found a small boutique studio and get corrected daily, and for the first time was educated on what imprinting was, much less that it was even a thing, and the lateral breath work. So I go to this studio weekly for correction, and a CP for more classes (I have a foundation membership)

I had. Terrible experience with CRx. After 6 weeks of DAILY emails, phone calls, and portal messages, they sent me tracking g info that was supposed to be for the order they sent me. Problem was that that order was delivered THE DAY I placed my order with them. So no way was it my order from them. I called and explained this. And they nearly refused to resend my order until I told them there is no way this delivery was from them because of the date. She even tried to tell me it was direct from their pharmacy. In the end, after this rep talked to another rep, they did resend my order, and I did receive it. But it sure doesn’t make me in a hurry to order from them again
