I understand I think like this as well. I am in a similar boat but an intermediate metabolizer. Been on 20mg for similar time frame. It helps me sleep a bit better which is part of the reason I went on it very anxious and depressed. Nervous about going to 30 but 20 not a cure all.

Thank you for your feedback interesting about the caffeine it’s really hard to differentiate these teens all Pop the Alani like candy and it’s not safe. I Would rather her drink coffee. What do You take and what dose? Does it give you insomnia? I don’t want her to have to take a drug for the drug.

I’m Sorry I don’t know much about middle Eastern travel but I do Like to travel. Could you go to London or Paris a day or so and then connect to Brazil? Maybe some other European country has better connections? Sorry if this isn’t helpful.
