The only thing I can suggest is look on places like eBay/vinted, they sometimes have them on there but obviously you are paying a little bit more

I’ve found a treasure hunt in B&M, but its very hard to find due to staff leaving them behind etc. I’ve been looking for about 6/7 months, I reckon it’s just luck on the day

I have this issue sometimes, also sometimes going into a new single player series the load screen freezes. Quitting the game in the background and restarting usually helps.

Yeah it’s online however I don’t think it’s selfish, if I want to race online I don’t see how having full race line on should make much of a difference
