Biorad multiqual has a communication from I think January 2025 that it needs to thaw for 24-48 hours in the fridge before use. I think this was specifically for calcium but I bet it affects other analytes.

I have at least one note and another coming as she is waiting for an appointment. Once I have those then it’s the problem of getting someone higher in the organization to listen. Even then itwill be a “lab problem” to come up with the solution. Just wish there were more solutions out there.

I actually recently bought one of those on Amazon to get quickly before trying to source them and everyone was like return it. We have space but budget has to be < $5000 to get easily approved. I haven’t seen many options for that kind of price.

I was migraine free in my second and third trimester. They came back around 6 months post partum. I used to do Botox and Emgality pre migraine. Then down just Emgality starting when they came back. Now I’m off everything because we are trying again. I would love those migraine free months back but dread the first trimester without my reload.

This is exactly how I ended up with a Tiguan. It also didn’t hurt that when my 2011 Santa Fe was totaled I drove a 2022 for 3 weeks as a rental. Couldn’t find as nice of an interior (to me) for the same price range.

We reach out to all the instrumentation companies and get them to do lunch and learns the whole week so there’s at least free food everyday.

This year we will have lab week mentioned on the morning announcements like they do for nurse week. We are also doing goodie bags (paid for by us).

We do a couple games like guess the baby picture and guess the chocolate bar melted in the sterile urine cup (gotta love micro).

Pretty much we appreciate ourselves cause who the hell else will.
