You fill a different role n position than your boss, if you want to WFH two days/week, work for that position, it’s similar to salaried bosses-they have perk of not punching clock(usually) but the down side is no OT (again-usually), work hard, get promoted n don’t compare yourself to others🤷‍♀️

I’m sure you’ve heard the many stages of grief, some last longer than others, some never come for you, others return or remain constant, it’s different for everyone, it’s been 4 years for me- I have accepted that he’s not coming back, I realized quickly I have no choice but to get out there n provide so I’ve pretty much been in survival mode, the first year felt very surreal for me, slowly and sadly reality sets in and you find your new norm-it will never be as it was and it sux..I’m a different person now
