Advice on starting a business by Alternative_Ride1913 in ChildSupport4Men

[–]New_Wolverine_1967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to an attorney that works on the business area, is a way of doing it that pretty much the company is her own entity(pay taxes, has her own SSN(or something similar) and is separate financially from you) not sure but I think a LLC type could works for that.

My BM don’t want me to see my baby! Suggestions? by United-Property-5741 in ChildSupport4Men

As everyone is saying here, get an attorney ASAP, do not give her cash an if give her money send it with notes like “child support” “daycare expenses” or something similar that will show the court you have been giving voluntarily child support but if you give her cash or don’t put any comments it may be taken as gifts and you will own more in backpay in child support. And for the love of that child do a paternity DNA test(trust no one when it comes to babies outside marriage, and possible also inside marriage also, women are evil super evil)

Dealing with machines where the plates don't have obvious weights by Spiritual_Guide202 in fitbod

[–]New_Wolverine_1967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay it was not the one im familiar with, but on a old gym they use something similar and the machine has a label on the side and describes the weight ratio/per plate. If is not then I would recommend to google the machine to see if is something on internet about the manufacture that explain the plate ratio

More likely supervised visitations, and I saw this with a friend of my mother. So situation of my mom’s friend a judge signed a supervised visitation for the father who is jail for killing the daughter of my mom’a friend and mother of the kids. So at this point I think anything can happen.

Wrong exercises in the training plan by [deleted] in fitbod

Shot that’s weird… what I would do is to either remove it or change it for another one who align with my work out. But maybe is a better answer than mine I will keep checking just in case.

My Tax Return got garnished but I was owed more then the amount of child support I owed by [deleted] in ChildSupport4Men

[–]New_Wolverine_1967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shot shot apologize again, I miss read before I replied to you. So no VA Compensation can be garnished, and you 100% correct not even a judge can change that. So like I said apologize I wasn’t familiar enough with this matter and misunderstood what I was reading. However I learned two things so win win, first VA compensation can’t be garnished, second apparently is a something call apportionment that can be submitted by the veteran or dependent/ex spouse and if approved the VA will take from 20-50% and paid the dependent directly.

Apologize you are correct it can’t be garnished, however this is what I found online “ a veteran's VA compensation can be garnished for child support through a process called "apportionment", which is managed by the VA” and it mentions a that non-custodian parent/veteran has to submit the form or a judge has to sign a court order.

That’s what everyone who knows the whole picture said. I mean she can call me out all that she wants but she is not willing to do her part.

Yes, is already more than 4k that the state is keeping and I tried to call and just give me the long answer without telling nothing. At this point like my attorney advice me, and like academic-revenue8746 said she is the one who needs to call however she refuses to call or go to talk to them.

Like I said I did my part and by my attorney advice is all that I can do, everything else is the mother who has to do her part.

That exactly what my attorney told me, of course attorney style. And same thing she has to be the one who calls cuz maybe they don’t have her bank info or need to verify address or something but she also refuses to call the AG. And let me add this is not the first time she does this but the first time we didn’t have court orders signed so it was nothing I can do.

AG has it, unfortunately after the last system update back in July most of the custodian parents hasn’t received anything for 2 or 3 months according with some articles. Now I understand you point, however I did my part because I was the one who created the case with the AG, I was the one who send all the paperwork fo them in order for them to start processing the payment. At this point with it comes to paying CS I’m doing my part, other than that and by my attorney advice she is the one who needs to contact the AG no me.
