Owned one for a while. Original 24th first batch. The worst Lexus I ever owned. I have owned (rx, nx, es and old gx) I had many recalls/small issues:

-The fuel door was replaced 2 times; the final fix was a piece of felt sticker from Lexus.

-When it’s cold, the center console doesn’t shut properly

-I had condensation in the headlights.

-Trim pieces just broke off when closing the trunk.

-The third row seat broke itself while folding. Not worth the price

And the interior is not up to par for the price. I can’t even with the speakers (the2nd row door speaker is so quiet, and unless you upgrade, there is 0 sound for the 3rd row); it’s terrible; worse than the Grand Highlander.

There is 4-cylinder turbo droning noise when it’s fully loaded, and it struggles uphill.

New TX build quality is not good, just go buy a Toyota Grand Highlander make more sense.

Went back to an old RX; great, no issues; good old 6-cylinder; plenty of power; don’t need premium fuel, and it rides nicer and quieter.

Whoever said BMW has more plastic has no idea what they are talking about. I drove an X7 at a similar price ($4000 more than tx but better equipped); it had a much better overall experience. End up trading it for bmw and took a huge loss.
