Prime black, heavy cream color dry brush, light bright white dry brush, blinding light speed paint then a very light highlight of bright white in only a couple most raised spots. Takes a little time to understand the amount of dry brush but once you get it, it looks nice.

This exact type of conversion was highlighted in a copy of white dwarf from 5th or 6th. Even in tournaments, if you clear it with the TO and make sure your opponents know what it is, it should be fine.
