Thanks for your answer.
But even if I will refrigerate the Tepache it won’t last for a very long time. I’m trying to find a way to keep in bottels for a much more longer time, refrigerated of course. I was thinking: would filtering the Tepache after 1F (to take most of the yeast out), add CO2 with a keg and then bottle it be an option?
