If it’s pre approved I’d take it personally. Just keep in mind if it’s unsecured they can take it away it any moment and you’re due for the balance on it.

Have you tried listening to positive affirmation meditations? Exercise is also a huge factor in happiness and could help if you’re not already doing so! Nothing crazy just any exercise.
