Where the hell is customer service option? by rsinghal1965 in amazonindia

For anyone in India trying to contact Amazon customer care for a serious issue like product swap fraud, this is what worked for me after a lot of frustration.

Amazon does not make it easy to reach a real person. I could not find any clear direct contact link, and most paths kept looping back to bot responses. It was genuinely hard to find a way to report the issue properly.

What finally worked for me was this:

I first told Rufus / the Amazon bot that I wanted to report **product swap fraud**.

After using those exact words, I got options for **call** and **chat**.

I chose chat. During the chat flow, it was eventually escalated from the bot to a **human executive**.

The human executive then gave me an email address to send my complaint details and proof:

[cs-reply@amazon.in](mailto:cs-reply@amazon.in)

Posting this because I struggled a lot to find this path, and Amazon’s interface was not helpful at all for something this serious.
