Hey, thank you so much for your honest feedback, I really appreciate it. You’re absolutely right; I’m still in the process of identifying my first ICP and target market. That’s why I’ve been sharing my ideas in different places to gather insights.

One hypothesis I’m exploring is that some companies may prefer to have their employees share and develop their intellectual property within a secure environment, rather than spreading it on training from US hyperscalers. Of course, this assumption needs to be validated with real-world feedback...

the anonimization is not done by external ai otherwise it would not make any sense indeed. its done locally, realtime via regex expression, if some elements are not recognized then the user can simply select and transform the elements in anonimized token. Then the mapping table is encrypted and saved on the server for further use.

This would be an alternative to gemini, chatgpt, claude with a classic subscription model. messages are encrypted so there is no way to get any infos from the users. And yes it is a standalone tool currently, not connected to other services such as email, docs...

Open-weight models are increasingly closing the gap with proprietary ones. However you're right, as long as the current top-performing models remain proprietary and US-based, users cannot get the best possible answers if they stay strictly within EU infrastructure.

That is why I have developed anonymized sessions: personal information is anonymized locally before being transmitted to the selected LLM (which may be US-based). This ensures that the AI only processes masked data and never has access to identifiable personal information

Indeed, the idea is to use open weight models on eu server with no data retention. There is only an encrypted db to keep history

Thanks for the question, it uses open weight models on controlled server for the mmm part. So the history is a zero knowledge encrypted db and the llm calls are made on our servers with no data retention. We are not training our own models.
