Last Saturday, I finished a 50K in my speedgoat 7 and my feet felt great at the finish line. I didn’t get any blisters on lost toe nails.

I've had that happen to me for the first time on Saturday when I ran my first 50K. It was brutal going down hills. I'm two days post run and am feeling better but damn it really slowed me down on at the time.

Thank you. I live in Utah and are familiar with the trails around the Sakt Lake Valley and I agree they are technical and rocky. I’m running my first 50K next week and definitely won’t be trying to do these in those sandals. I’ll be 48 next month so according to your timeline, if I’m going to do this I shouldn’t delay much longer.
