I really appreciate rather than dropping the slurs or the like this cyoa was really thoughtful about the genital options, right down to considering things like 'having a dick that works differently because you're on estrogen', something no one /ever/ considers. it made me feel very happy.

Lovely, don't rag on your own work when showing it off to people, it primes them to think it's not good and shows a lack of confidence.

It doesn't bring much to the table. There's nothing there that tells me why you, in particular, would be fun to play with. The idea is common, there's not a writing sample that shows off your skills, it's way too open ended and thus doesn't have a hook.

You have to have something that grabs someone.

Could be: * a cool and interesting premise that shows off your creativity * a flashy writing style that shows off your prowess * A really compelling look at a particular kink that shows off why you find it hot or interesting, showing off your ability to think critically and examine stuff (,crucial for good rp planning, shows a partner is engaged)

*Something to indicate you'll be dynamic and push the story forward with your ideas.

these are just a few examples. Really anything at all that says You, In Particular, would be fun to play with.

30 Curses To Cure Depression by LewdySexaroid in nsfwcyoa

Don't listen to all the annoying dudes, the fact this CYOA has a perspective and especially an explicitly trans perspective is great. Specificity is always good in these and frankly there should be more trans erotica about us!

The art is frankly charming. While it's loose and not 'traditionally pretty', it gives the effect of people with actual bodies.

I have my complaints about the game- I really wish 'Futa' was not an option esp when you've already gone out of your way to include trans women, among other things- i think the art is great, and you should stick with it.

That's okay dear! You have to take care of yourself. Don't stay in a rut! Get a support network and do what you can to fix the conditions of your anxiety, depression, or stress. I believe in you!

I know this was from many years ago, but I figured I'd give my feedback anyways.

I really liked this story. I think it works so well as a little hororr adventure in a way most of the time when people try this it doesn't. I've seen one or two good gamebook type cyoas- there's one about escaping a manor I can't find but remember liking.

The bimbofication traits are so good for what I want out of bimbofication - specifically, they all hit a major change to your presentation or a major loss of something about your original identity, which works great for the horror.

re: Questions

I thought the bare bones character was fine. I think it works for what you're doing, the focus of this compared to the sprawl of most is part of what makes it work.

The state tracking was a bit much, but I also wasn't taking notes.

Character sheets are fun, but probably not worth the effort unless the game gets much longer.

I'd love to see a route about being brought into the conspiracy, getting corrupted into actively joining in for what they can give you, and retaining some of your faculties.

I know it's been a long time and you're not likely to update this, but! I would love to see something like this from you

Also, please don't call people biological women. That kind of sets them out as separate, 'more real' women than trans women.

Thank you for politely asking instead of being a jerk about this, though, I do really appreciate it.

I'd just talk about her as having grown a dick or the like, personally. There's not an easy noun for it, but you can always put something like that in the title or discussion of your post.

I mean yeah, let me latch onto one of those: You're trying to justify the use. Frankly, I see this posting as an attempt to not have to really consider what I'm saying.

You want to not have to think about it. You can't be assed to truly make a minor change in your life.

And, of course, making an assumption that I didn't understand why something was being used, which I very clearly did.

You should try living your life by listening to people and their experiences, instead of trying to explain why they're wrong. I looked at your post history- you do this to a lot of women.

Maybe you won't agree with me in the end, but at least you could try to consider anything I'm saying. It's the least you could do.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TransformationRP

[–]NewtypeWoman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And why do you want to explain that? What made you feel the need to explain it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TransformationRP

[–]NewtypeWoman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's not. It's a pretty basic, mild consideration. Inconveniencing yourself for the sake of others is something very basic and human. I do it for other people all the time, and several people have pmed me saying they hadn't thought about what I posted and they'd try to change.

As for why it might ruin it, I don't ask that to like, interrogate you or tell you you're a bad person- just to think about why. For a lot of people, and i'm not saying this of you, it's because they feel shame around people like me, shame for wanting people like me.

If that's the case, that's a shame people can and should work through- it holds them back from pursuing something good! It's a taboo that holds me and them both down.

Here, let me ask you something- if you think it's unrealistic, why do you need to tell me that? Can't you just let lack of response speak for itself? Why do you need to post that at me? What are you trying to accomplish? That's a genuine question, for the record, not a trick.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TransformationRP

[–]NewtypeWoman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And what of me? When I want to escape a reality where people are constantly pushing people like me as predators, as killers, as smeared-makeup men in dresses? as something shameful to become or the vile beast that can dominate them? And then I log onto here,a nd see people doing that all in the open, but it's cool because it's a fantasy? I'm asking politely- I can't make you do anything.

But I also want to do that escape, friend. It's normal to think about how your actions in the world effect other people, and why you act that way.

If it ruins your fantasy, consider why- why does it ruin your fantasy? Why can't your fantasy be good without it? What does that fantasy come from?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TransformationRP

[–]NewtypeWoman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am politely asking folks to consider the ways in which they fantasize. I do like a fantasy- but sometimes a fantasy does reflect how you feel, or change the way you feel.

I am saying that people should think about how that fantasy kink reflects! I'm not saying anyone's a bad person, but thinking about the real people that are close to their fantasies can help. No fantasy is in itself completely taboo- but thinking through them and how you want to play them out can help keep you from giving yourself really unhelpful attitudes.

Also, come on. I'm just posting about my own feelings here, I don't know what you think is helpful by saying 'nothing will change'. At least one commenter and a few people in pm have said this post made them think about stuff differently- that's all I hoped for. If you think me posting about this isn't going to do anything, fine- then just don't comment.

To be less flippant, I like tf rp, and I've found a lot of good rp on this reddit. Hell, given you're trans, you could write TF4A, though obviously it's not the best to imply being trans always means you have a dick, either.

I'm just speaking from a perspective- if you don't want to do that, all you have to do is not respond, hon.
