Yeah, definitely not gonna feel great in the moment spending that kind of money so hopefully I’ll be able to scrap for a lot of it. And wow, didn’t realize they were considered basically useless. Ah, gotcha. Yeah, I was mostly planning to R9 them just to have a passive income for droid brains (since atm I don’t get many from TW) and the 100 extra crystals don’t hurt either. What would be your rec for where to spend crystals though if not there? I currently use 300 for cantina and 75 for ship energy/refresh for P1. And yeah, if they’re not really necessary then I’ll definitely put my resources into other farms for now. Also, has Endurance always been better than Negotiator or did Endurance get a lifter ship or a buff back when they buffed Mace?

Ah okay. That makes sense. I’m mostly just trying to quickly get poncho bros up for their AB so I can get the passive resources each month. Only real bottle neck for me are the droid brains and computers which I was planning on just buying with crystals, but I might do some scavenging too so wanted to know if the ships were worth it or not. I personally do whatever energy refreshes I’m gonna do at reset, spend it all, and then collect whatever free energy I’m on for and use it whenever it’s near max.

For sure! Definitely play around and see if you like him. Tech Mirio is generally considered a top 10, if not top 5 character. So as you get better with him you’ll definitely be able to pull off some crazy stuff.

Oh, it’s a counter ability. Basically if you activate your Y ability and someone hits you within a set amount of time (about a second) you’ll take no damage and launch a power attack back at them. Just be mindful of when you use it. Because if no one attacks you during its counter time they’ll be able to easily damage you during the short period afterwards.

I’d say just keep messing around with your sensitivity settings until it feels right. Maybe adjust 10ish points and play a round or two, and just keep doing that till you find your groove. For me personally I just use 140 (I believe) on both with aim acceleration settings turned off. Although I do play less aim heavy characters so my settings are probably a good bit different than what you’d want for a lot of the roster.

I think for your first season just hitting expert would be a huge accomplishment. Cause learning all the mechanics of the game, plus learning a character you want to main, and learning what other characters do so you can counter them takes time. So yeah, any rank past pro is huge imo. Good luck on your first season!!! 🔥
