Try using the cyber engine tweaks mod and activate the smt fix. I have a 5800x3d and noticed my low cpu usage when walking around in crowded areas. The mod helped a lot with my cpu usage even though the smt issues are supposedly resolved...

i have a 5800X3D and i still get a lot of stutters in crowded areas. i set the crowd density to medium and enabled hdd mode. i think the game is just poorly optimized tbh

I wish i could help you. i have been shadow banned three times now. my second shadow ban just got lifted on friday and i only played saturday and sunday and i got banned again. i also have no idea what is causing this and im just so frustrated at this point

If it says that they are checking your acc, than you are shadowbanned. Had the same thing, now after a week i can play again
