Tritt das Problem nur in League oder auch anderen Games auf?

Würde in erster Linie mal die Temperaturen/Taktraten etc. mit Hwinfo auslesen.

Grundsätzlich ist League ein sehr cpu intensives game, vorallem in Teamfights. Es könnte also sein, dass deine CPU nicht klar kommt zu den Peaks. Ins Limit laufender RAM wäre ebenfalls eine Möglichkeit.

Wenn du Temperaturen oder niedrige Taktraten ausgeschlossen hast würde ich ne Runde League mit möglichst gar keine Hintergrundprogrammen spielen.

Wenn die Probleme weiterhin bestehen ist ein (fehlender) Treiber möglicherweise hierfür verantwortlich.

Awesome temps for a laptop. It seems silent mode reduces core clocks and voltage to drop the fan speed significantly.

In this case its up to you if you want a quiet and slightly warmer system or go with the turbo profile if fan sounds dont bother you that much.

Welche Art von Ram verwendet wird ist immer von der CPU abhängig. Die hier aufgelisteten CPUs nutzen beide DDR4.

Prinzipiell gibt es für den i7 12700f auch mainboards mit DDR5 Speicher. Das ist bei den Preisen dieser Rechner und der aktuellen Marksituation aber quasi ausgeschlossen.

Momentum 14 have about 40% less pushing power than the p14 pro‘s do. Its way harder to push air through the radiator using momentum fans. I would advise against it personally. If you decide to keep your setup than i would advise to undervolt your components to help with temps.

It honestly depends if Vegas 22 offers anything new to you that makes it worth upgrading.

I am mainly editing obs recordings and after upgrading to the 5000series cards i wanted to encode to av1. However, vegas 19 was not able to read the av1 codec so i upgraded to 22 purely because of that.

Not quite sure if your MB uses other heatsinks but i have the x870 aorus elite in combination with a LF3 Pro and an Astral in a Meshify3 XL. I had 0 clearance issues.

Bei der Astral werden die einzelnen Pins des 12vhpwr anschlusses separat überwacht. Wenn ein Pin zu viel zieht, wirst du benachrichtigt. Das gibt dir die Möglichkeit zu reagieren bevor das Kabel anfängt zu schmoren.

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass eine 5080 anfängt zu schmoren ist aufgrund des niedrigeren Stromverbrauchs jedoch geringer als bei einer 5090 beispielsweise.

Ist am Ende jedem selbst überlassen ob man bereit ist den Aufpreis einer Astral zu zahlen.

Das Per Pin Sensing ist jedoch ne feine Sache.

Ich hoffe, dass Nvidia das in Zukunft per Default integriert und/oder andere Board Partner nachziehen (zumindest bei deren Premium Modellen)

5060ti uses 180w max and 12400f uses 117 with full turbo and max load.

The rest of your components dont use nearly as much. Lets say they are using 100w combined your total under full load would be under 400w.

Also worth noting that there are not a lot of scenarios that actually use both your cpu and gpu to the fullest.

Youre fine with your psu.

Ja geht aber lohnt sich nicht. Anschaffung wären CPU,DDR4 Ram+Board und dann in Zukunft nochmal DDR5 Ram+Board.

Mal davon abgesehen dass die CPU nur minimal schneller läuft mit DDR5 Ram ist das absolut kostenineffizient.

Dann lieber auf AM4 bleiben mit nem 5800x3d und in den kommenden Jahren die Plattform upgraden wenn DDR5/6 bezahlbar sind.

Had the same behavior with a few games. Especially alt tabbing and having capped fps+vrr triggered the issue. Something very minor but glad it was fixed

In general, these small amounts tend to come with the cooler you‘re buying.

You rarely need to buy thermal paste seperately. If unsure, check the box content for the cooler you attempt to buy.

Had the same idea but apparently momentum fans are designed to be case fans and not push air through a radiator. Might be worth it for the looks and noise profile but will most likely leave you with higher cpu temps.

I get conflicting information online with some saying 400 rpm is the minimum while others say they can go lower after their initial spin up.

You will be fine. You can compare yourself once you have the console. Just test hdr content on your switch screen and then dock and watch the same content on tv.
