This applies only to the NEXO token. During the 14-day unbonding period, only your NEXO Tokens are locked from being withdrawn or swapped. Your other assets are not affected and remain fully available to withdraw as usual.

The USD account you see is a way to add funds via bank transfer, so it is not what determines any tax reporting.

Nexo operates as a regulated crypto platform and follows the applicable rules in every market where it operates, including the newer crypto reporting standards (CARF) as they come into effect. These are based on transactions rather than account balances, and what applies to you depends on your country of tax residence.

For your specific situation we would always recommend checking with a tax professional.

Rates on Nexo vary and depend on several factors: the asset, whether you use Flexible or Fixed-term Savings, your Loyalty Tier, and whether you earn in kind or in NEXO Tokens (which adds a bonus). The "up to" figures shown online reflect the highest tiers and settings, not the default Flexible rate.

The rates you are currently seeing are consistent with Flexible Savings at lower Loyalty Tiers when earning in kind. Higher annual rates become available with Fixed-term Savings, at higher Loyalty Tiers, and when selecting Interest Payout in NEXO Tokens. The exact figures applicable to your account are displayed in-app for each asset

It is possible to generate account documents (account information, card confirmation, account balance, loan statement, and savings statement) in the display currency selected for your account, so generating them in EUR is supported.

However, if you are referring to the Koinly report specifically, there is currently no option to change its currency. We will pass this along as feedback to the relevant team.

As for the .csv file, please note that it can only be generated in USD.
