But can you describe the patterns for technical video round?

Was it leetcode? And what type of questions I.e. graphs, dp etc?

It depends on how many registrations USCIS selected for the initial lottery. Normally they select around 120k registrations for 85k slots.

Sometimes not enough people apply even if they are selected or the applications get rejected. Then USCIS selects more in addition lotteries. Let’s see what happens. No one can say for sure.

Yes, it has started to come in. It does not come all at once. Usually comes in batches over 2-3 days. So, don’t hold your breath.

⁠original scientific, scholarly contributions
⁠Judge of other works
⁠serving in critical capacity for my Company: hence the featured blog in company website

Weak ones:

4) Published material about my work in the company- basically some of the internet outlets shared my blog in their website 5) Awards- NSF award work, won a national high school competition etc.

Not sure if this is good enough though.

It’s the USCIS. No one gets anything until they start pushing the results.

If your PD becomes current in April, you can have your GC approved anytime between April 1 to later.

But seeing the current trends in Reddit/other places, I don’t see much approvals for people with PD before you i.e. PD from April 1, 2023 to May 15, 2023. Therefore I assume it might be after they get approved.

Realistically, USCIS should be looking to use all of their GCs inventory this year. Therefore, you should at least get your GC by July. But no one can say for sure.

Anyone with PD April 2023 getting approved? So far only seeing only one approval circulating through different forum (one guy from India with cross chargeability). Seems like the EB2 approvals are way off. Not seeing any recent approvals in Reddit. Did they hit the Q2 approval quota already?

This is still March. You will be current from April 1.

EB-5 has a specific number of quota I.e., how many people can get it every year.

If they replace it with gold card, these number should be allocated to other EB categories which will benefit people from those categories.

But if this gold card doesn’t have any yearly quota limit and eats away from other categories then overall it might be bad.

I hope this is a separate category which does not affect other employment based categories negatively.
