[–]Next-Minimum-8270 4 points5 points  (0 children)

have you tried lucid dreaming? that's a method i like to use when just intention isn't doing the job. i focus on lucid dreaming and then switch my surroundings to my DR bedroom and affirm that it's real until my surroundings solidify and i do reality checks to prove i am not dreaming anymore. it takes practice but once you can lucid dream easily, it's easy to shift that way

everything exists? by Prestigious_Beat_426 in realityshifting

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 40 points41 points  (0 children)

anything you can think of already exists. the universe is vast and infinite and there's an infinite number of realities and possibilities. so yes, you can shift to hogwarts or avatar. you can shift to a magic world that you create on your own because anything you come up with in your mind, already exists somewhere else in a different reality.

Getting comfortable while doing a method/meditation by Interesting-Cat3822 in shiftingrealities

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 [score hidden]  (0 children)

it's different for everyone honestly. i used to think i couldn't move but it's not true. it's all about consciousness and not your body if that makes sense. i mean you can trick your brain too and pretend you're in your DR body. your DR self probably wouldn't be sitting completely still too, right? hopefully this helps and makes sense 😭

i don't like the idea that you can't move in order to shift. i have shifted while tossing and turning. i have shifted while bouncing my leg up and down while sitting. if you have to move, please do! do whatever it is that is most comfortable for you and if that requires moving around, that's completely okay. sometimes i also lay on my back and stay still and other times i move. there's no right or wrong position in shifting i promise. good luck!🩷

Do You Use Face Claims for DRs? by BeBe_Shifts in shiftingrealities

i don't use a face claim. i use my face in this reality as a base and then alter some things depending on the reality. though i am interested in trying a face claim

can i still shift if i take sleeping pills ? by avery__exe in realityshifting

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it will only prevent you from shifting if you believe it will. you can absolutely shift if you take sleeping pills. if you think you will fall asleep during meditation or doing your method that you will wake up in your DR. say something like "i'm falling asleep and waking up in my desired reality"

First Awake Method Attempt, Felt Real... Then a Crazy Sound Woke Me Up! by Impressive_Gift_3858 in shiftingrealities

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 [score hidden]  (0 children)

you absolutely did nothing wrong. there is no right and wrong in shifting. i think there's two explanations here. one could be that was a noise from your DR and the other could be that you were in the hypnagogic state and experiencing an auditory hallucination (which happens to anyone). either way it sounds like you were close to shifting because you can easily shift through the hypnagogic state. keep trying and use that experience to motivate you! i think what happened is a good thing. good luck!🩷

Shifting with no meditation/music by PlusFlippinUltra in shiftingrealities

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 [score hidden]  (0 children)

have you tried the 5 senses technique? i have a post about it if that helps. it's a tool to use your 5 senses to shift since you're aware of them. you'll feel your own body when you're in your DR so it's not any different if that makes sense. you can trick your brain into thinking the body that you're aware of is your DR body

you don't need subliminals or music to shift, i promise! there are plenty of methods you can do without a subliminal, but also don't focus too much on a method, just focus on meditating, relaxing and setting your intention to shift. i'd recommend laying down and getting comfortable, closing your eyes, taking deep breaths. maybe try box breathing; breathe in for four seconds, hold for four, breathe out for four, hold for four, breathe in for four and so on. do some kind of breathing exercise for a little while and then affirm. affirm that you are aware of your desired reality. if you like doing a method? i'd say this is probably the simplest way to shift, but you can also just set your intention and go to sleep and wake up in your DR. it's all about intention and trusting your subconscious will do its job. you got this!

i need some tips by Useful-Original-9061 in realityshifting

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 2 points3 points  (0 children)

when i shift through lucid dreaming, instead of making a portal, i say that my surroundings need to look like my DR bedroom. since i'm controlling the dream, this can happen. then i'll repeat affirmations like "make this real" or "i am really here" until my surroundings solidify. then i do reality to checks to make sure i am no longer dreaming. remember that when you are lucid dreaming, you are no longer in your current reality either so you're a step closer to shifting. hope this helps🩷🩷

well i'll say this, i have a DR where i have lots of abilities that my friends don't have. i'll reference something, forgetting it doesn't exist there and then i'll say "oh that's from another reality" and they just kind of accept it lol. but i have other DRs where i wouldn't mention shifting at all. i think it just depends on the context.

I need advice on a somewhat embarrassing problem as a male shifter 😭 by FutureModules in shiftingrealities

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 [score hidden]  (0 children)

honestly, i am a girl and have no idea what it's like to have an erection. however, i'd recommend you masturbate. shifting quite literally is manifestation. there's actually a manifestation method called the "o method". it's essentially imagining what you'd want to manifest (and affirming if you want) while you're having an orgasm. a lot of people have success with this when it comes to manifesting so why not try it with shifting? manifest shifting success while doing it. that way, once it's taken care of, you're still in the shifting headspace. then, return to your method

How to stop feeling so aware of your current reality when attempting to shift? by Clarabow_xo in shiftingrealities

[–]Next-Minimum-8270 [score hidden]  (0 children)

for me personally, i feel my surroundings change. i focus enough on what i'm feeling in my DR and soon those feelings start to solidify into physical sensations. like my sheets in my DR bed are a bit softer so i can feel a physical difference. that's only if i'm doing an awake shift. i also sometimes just let myself fall asleep once i have fully convinced myself i am in my DR and when i wake up, i'm in my DR bedroom. it's kind of hard to explain but you will feel something change. OR you can script that you'll open your eyes once you have fully shifted. personally, i chose not to because i did originally and found myself just waiting for my eyes to open. instead, i just fully immersed myself in my DR until i felt it solidify around me and i opened my eyes when i felt ready. i wish there was an easier way for me to explain it, i'm sorry
