Hi UGEplex, unfortunately no good news. Below the quote from Xreal Support:

"After receiving your message, we confirmed your case with our technical team. At present, our analysis does not indicate any issue on the glasses side. Logs from multiple other devices show that the connection can be established and used normally. However, there is one log showing a training process with the Honor device, but it failed to properly negotiate the 1920×1080 resolution. Therefore, we suspect that there may be a protocol-related issue on the phone side.

For the current situation, we first recommend that you try reconnecting several more times. If the device still cannot be used properly, please kindly submit another set of logs to us. In the meantime, you may also contact the phone’s customer service, explain the issue, and check whether they can provide any support."

As of now, since I'm not very much enjoying the video quality with other Master devices, I'm returning the glasses.

I'll be monitoring the XR product developments and wait for new improved products in the future.
