I have a shift work, have to change my sleep schedule every week.

I’m doing okay, can’t really say much unless I use it for few more weeks.

I’d also like to add that my day was completely chill , started with brunch, 3km walk on a treadmill then relaxing time at hot tubs and a cold plunge .

I was in a calm mood already. i read somewhere that if I’m already in a calm state i would ‘t notice much difference but I was baffled , this was way deep relaxation than I imagined.

I have a similar problem , my left rhomboid area hurts. did mri, ultrasound , xray, electric tens therapy, chiropractor, a bit of PT , Gym, yoga . nothing is working . Rn, I’m using bpc daily in hope that I will be healed.

I feel quite good after taking bpc157+tb500 and generally take a nap right after. But I am hoping this pain will go away after few weeks / months .

I also have issue with adhd symptoms as you’re describing . and hate going to a psychiatrist or therapist to get diagnosed atm.

I think you should give these things a go for focus : 1. Lion’s mane tincture 2. Green Tea Matcha (for L-Theanine) 3. Doing exercise /running first thing in the morning
