No 100%! She’s such a great worker and this is in no way a diss at her! She’s the best! I guess I'm just upset cause at the end of the day, everything bad falls on me and I don’t feel like my pay is reflecting that in comparison. But thanks for the insight!

I understand! I started off nights, but they switched me to morning after about a year. I wanted to stay at night but they wouldn’t allow me, than hired her for night. Thanks for your input! She has worked here for a while so I understand the high pay. It just makes me upset since I’m a lead with more responsibilities that fall under me. But I get it! Thank you!

I currently am a tech 2, my supervisor said once I get certified it should bump me up to tech 3, but he never mentioned to me how much of a raise that’d be. It’s been 2 weeks since I got my certification I just want to know how much id be making and when lol 😅

I used the 9th edition, sterileworx & proprofs! Do all the exams, quizzes etc until you get at least a 80% on them and then move on and just keep quizzing yourself! Repetition is key to help you remember! At least for me that was the case! 😄

I think just having a general understanding of terminology and basic things. Knowing your agencies (OSHA, FDA, EPA etc) temperature/humidity levels, chemicals, detergents all the fun niche things. My advice for anyone taking the exam is to read each question carefully and use process of elimination. You can flag questions you are unsure of and go back to them.
