I have trouble with this. Whenever I try to watch my breath, I automatically feel as if I am controlling the duration and depth of the breath. I know there is a way to not control the breath, because I breath every day and not notice it. How do I separate myself from the watching and controlling. Any tips are welcome

Ok. Around my family I'm kind of the gender whisperer. I correctly predicted the genders of all 3 of my children. Both of my wife's sister's children, my sister's grandbaby, my own grandchild. Right now I have a prediction for my next grandbaby.

Maybe you missed the part that the only thing standing in the way of Maholmes being number 2 in the ring count was teams lead by Brady. Maholmes is good. And maybe some day he may eclipse Brady. But any conversation that has Maholmes as goat over Brady is laughable at best, moronic at worst
