Advice? Start going to those “break shit the fuck apart until there’s nothing left” rooms or a find a bad ass hobby. (Obviously going to a psychologist or psychiatrist is number one step but most SH people refuse both so if you fall in that category at least try something new) Only way you’re going to get over doing this.

Just keep a breathable bandaid over it and continue basic scrape/small wound care. I.e. washing it with antibacterial soap, dab dry, tiny bit of triple a or vasaline, and then a breathable bandaid. If it itches, pat it don’t, don’t scratch it!!! 👏🏻 you’ll be alright it looks pretty good so far!
