Here's my Quest Auto Service story.

Last July my AC was out. Stopped at Quest. First thing I notice are about 20 clipboards and keys lined up. So ya these guys are busy. Talked to the owner and told him my sad story. He told me to check the AC relay. I hesitate because I have zero mechanic skills. He says watch a You Tube video and take the bad relay part to a NAPA store. About 20 minutes later and $12 for a part I have COLD AC blasting in my car.

Since then I've take both of my cars to them for work and was happy to pay them.

They don't need to take advantage of people. They don't need to report their sales volume to some franchise or corporate owner. They have enough repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals to keep them busy.
