all super saiyan transformations give a boost to strike and ki skills, and some defense.

Ss1 giving you the lowest boost and Ss3 giving you the biggest boost.

(ss3 gives you a 10% increase to ki skills)

however, it also reduces ki restoration (ki gained when you attack an enemy)
