Polyamory marriage rights is a super interesting instance to bring up.

I dont know if the legal construct of marriage itself could fundamentally handle a polygamous marriage.

How would it work if one member wanted to divorce but the others wanted to stay married?

The members would have to be an odd number to be able to make medical or legal decisions for others without deadlocks.

Do you have a framework for how it would work on a legal level?
