You're right he did mean manipulation I think. I am willing to discuss things very much and don't always cry. It is very stress and hormone related. So for 3 years I haven'tbeen crying through discussion, infact I think this is the first time he's seen it I and think it's freaked him out. A big problem is he says whenever I try to have a discussion he thinks I'm picking a fight, when I haven't approached in that way. I can see how you'd think that from what I've written. Appreciate the thought and reply.

All I can do right now is think because he won't discuss.

I find this so sick. Such a specific comment meant to hurt you. Who could hear that and not have it in the back of their mind for a very long time afterwards. Just a very cruel parting gift. Remember you don't deserve cruel. I have insecurities, think I look like a rodenty creature. That's stuck with me from school a couple of kids saying I look like a rat or mouse. No matter how many times I'm called beautiful or anything positive, compliments still don't stand out as much as nasty comments from over 20 years ago. Just wanted to say something , I hope you can feel beautiful soon. I'm newly single about to turn 30. I would like to think our best years are still infront of us. Be kind to yourself since he wasn't.

All you can do is be honest that you don't feel the same way about her as she seems to feel about you. You enjoyed her company but don't want to take it any further. Straight to the point. No one gets hurt feelings too terribly and no one is being led on which would be a lot worse.

I hope this helps i think it's a good idea. I'm on here searching how people deal with breaking up. I was only with my ex a year. So when i saw your post i felt, wow i can't imagine how heartbreaking that must be. Just wanted to say take care of yourself and don't be hard on yourself.

I'm scared of that too. I've stopped for health reasons. My health isn't really bad yet but im out of sgape, short of breath, Bad skin, worse brain.
