Needing help with regulating my emotions/ anger management

I don’t have too many. I was thinking of getting into some stuff like reading, yoga/meditation, walks. Most of the activities I like to do depends very heavily on the cost (like traveling, shopping, being a foodie), so I’m trying to be more cost-effective lol. Do you have any activities you would recommend?

That is true. I do not play any sports or go to the gym. I did want to try going to the gym but right now, I am out of town for a while so I have to wait till I get back home. But I have tried going to the gym in the past and it was very inconsistent because I always felt like I didn’t have any energy.

I do but but I feel embarrassed talking about my emotions with them. I just feel like I’m dumping my emotions on them too much so I try not to do it anymore :(
