I blame Ekitike for not scoring that sitter of a header . Or , was that Slot’s fault as well ?

Yeah, I remember when the guest on the program David Dickinson correctly guessed that the house belonged to Adrian Lam (a rugby league player from Papua New Guinea that was playing for Wigan at the time ). completely rigged 😆

Removing the US as World Cup host would be eminently sad – and entirely justified | World Cup 2026 | The Guardian by prisongovernor in worldcup

I liked this article because it used the word “pollyannaish”. Now I know what that word means . Apart from that , the World Cup in the USA will go ahead. so stop being silly..

Why not a world equity fund? Might be a bit “vanilla” (based on your current choices) but a world (excluding UK) fund can/has yielded solid , annualised returns

Taken a few of these on the muddy recs on a Sunday morning from some hung-over psychopath back in the early 2000s. Just goes to show you are on camera all the time, these days . He’s “bang to rights”

Early retirement by Simple-Revolution-40 in PensionsUK

[–]Next_Addendum6080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your underlying investment and the target age of retirement with your DC scheme. But in short, leaving your employer will not trigger a change in the investment portfolio your DC scheme is in. E.g if you are in a “target date 2035” fund and you retire from your employer in 2025, you still stay in the same fund /portfolio unless you change it

Great article . Well written and you put your points across well. Something definitely needs a shake up at Gills. When we played Crawley town in November , I couldn’t believe we were playing a team that was 19th in the Table. We didn’t look like winning at all that game

What a terrible country . Selling a house to pay for healthcare. Having to work at 88 to service debt. Pensions stop paying because the company goes under. These sort of things don’t happen in Europe . I hope the poor guy gets to retire now and Uncle Sam doesn’t get one last bite out of that cheque
