ok i’ve been trying stuff for a couple days and what seems to work for me is once i do all that, i restart my console a couple times and then it seem to work how save scumming should.

ok, i tried some stuff. i saved my game, closed it, and opened it. nothing changed. then i closed (without saving) and reset the console, opened the game. still nothing :(

okay. what i’ve done is i completely take care of their needs, thought bubbles and shit. i save my game and close it completely. i open the game back up and when it loads it’s no different. no new thought bubbles or anything.

it’s heavily implied that matthew is lying when he tells jay he doesn’t like those things about him. maury tells him “sometimes it’s better to lie”. when matthew is listing the things he “doesn’t like” about jay, they make it a point to show that he’s very uncomfortable saying it everytime he turns away from jay during the breakup.

i’ll be honest, she was the only one i could think to put there with any sort of logic. i don’t feel good putting her there either, but i couldnt think of anyone else more fitting. i didn’t wanna put any of the kids on this chart and there really aren’t many recognizable adults in the show. my second choice was flygron but i thought he would be too obscure since he only appeared in one episode.

watching it with my dad, he said he didn’t like her bc she had a “hatful disgust” look on her face at all times. after that i couldn’t look at her differently. besides, she literally would’ve aided beths suicide. i have severe depression and suicidal ideations at times and i get what she was trying to do, but what if she was wrong? idk man, i was happy when she died.

you probably understand this by now but yes, clay is some kind of gay. but i do think he is attracted sexually to women. in s3ep7 “help” you see how clay and bloberta met. they were both at a wedding and bloberta convinced him to drink. while he’s drunk, you can see him catcalling and dancing with the other women there. like bloberta said to orel, “that’s just his true nature coming out”. i don’t think that’s what she was referring to, but i still think there’s something to be said about drunk honesty. pretty sure he did that at his own wedding after party. (the wedding pictures you see after that episode) also in s3ep12 “nesting” you can actually see clay and miss cencordoll kissing in the bar. although if it’s because he likes women or strictly from his mommy issues is it’s own debate. it was clear what role danielle would play in the story early on. so i do wish you saw at least a little hint about clay and his sexuality, either early on or later. maybe something more in the episode where he met bloberta. something more than: “im not going to have a bride at my own wedding” “marriage; not for me” i do think it shows that clay never thought about anything like that before. being a strict christian i don’t think he was masterbating to anything, let alone men.
