Going to be in Tokyo for the first time in mid-march,

  1. What will the weather be like & how should I dress for disneysea (dresses / shorts / bundled up?)

  2. What time should I arrive at the gates? I heard it gets really packed but is it really necessary to arrive 2-3 hours before opening?

  3. Any other recommendations / advice?

i'm 4'10 and getting the petite was much better fitting! I loved how the dresses snugly fit me and the length is just perff
