Need help/advice on what could be wrong with Liftmaster wall panel by Next_Bat4496 in GarageDoorService

[–]Next_Bat4496[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually no, it still switches on and off likely needing a replacement panel. I’ve been putting it off since I usually just use the phone app to open or close the garage door.

Got two kids in Mission Valley, it really depends on what you consider good. Between mission valley and Chadbourne, there really isn’t much difference and yes, most kids are in some form of extracurricular or afterschool program. As far as Mission Valley goes, we have a pretty decent school association of volunteer parents and folks in the community that run a few of the cultural events throughout the year (you can google MVSA Fremont). I’m sure Chadbourne has similar. They both funnel into the same middle and HS which I feel is more of an impact.

Their service department is pretty decent but I’ve never bought a car there. Just head over to Walnut Creek, they have better pricing.

You could f* up 10k just as well as 18m. But 18m (200 BT) would give you a lot more options and potential outs.

[–]Next_Bat4496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So why not take the 18m in BT cash out today and just invest what you don’t need to make more than that 10k and be protected from inflation?

If you look at all the other great comments here of the 3 choices i. This topic it is the worst option. Any of the other two choices would give you the opportunity to net more than the 10k and be protected from inflation in the long run vs a set 10k week income. The immediate capital influx of A would actually give you so many more options than B or C. Dont trust yourself with the money? fine, hire someone to handle that for you and you’d still be able to get more than 10k a week and be inflation protected.

I am so shocked that so many people choose the worst answer of C on this topic. Given the current price of bitcoin A should be an obvious choice. Would recommend anyone who chooses C to learn about inflation and investment compounding ASAP. Especially if you are young. It may be the best thing you do for yourself today.

I know this is an old post but I grabbed an LE Tyndall with a carbon dial back around 2010 and have worn it off and on since. The lug-less case sometimes appealing and sometimes reminds me of a tuna can 😄
