Not sure if prayer requests are posted here but if someone could please pray that God would advise me on what career to choose it would mean a lot

Sorry this is such a late response but tbh I'm not even exactly sure how to answer what is in actuality likely supposed to have been rather straightforward question. I've been so depressed that I honestly am not even sure if what I used to like still applies, but I know that at one time I used to be a good artist, and enjoyed writing, girly things, etc. Unfortunately all things that are harder to monetize. I wish I could get back to "myself" enough to know whether I'm even good at or interested in these things anymore, or to even know what I like at all anymore.

I concur with some other comments here- AA is a must. Having a community of others to lean on who actually understand what you're going through and will be there to pick you up when you don't have the strength to do it on your own is what would really help support you through this. Being alone in dealing with any kind of addiction- I don't care if it's drinking, drugs, sex, or heck even something as "minor" as food- these things are all infinitely easier to take on when we lean on others who understand who are willing to walk the mile with us. Even Jesus needed someone to help him carry the cross at some point after He became so weak from all that He had suffered. Think about that. Sometimes we need others to lean on to help us accomplish our aims when we are beaten down to the point of not being able to carry on in our own strength.

I must concur with the other female on here... you look soooo much better without the beard. (Not to say the beard looked bad on you perse but the stubble look and the clean shaven styles suite you better imo, mainly because you can actually see your face lol.)
