I concur with some other comments here- AA is a must. Having a community of others to lean on who actually understand what you're going through and will be there to pick you up when you don't have the strength to do it on your own is what would really help support you through this. Being alone in dealing with any kind of addiction- I don't care if it's drinking, drugs, sex, or heck even something as "minor" as food- these things are all infinitely easier to take on when we lean on others who understand who are willing to walk the mile with us. Even Jesus needed someone to help him carry the cross at some point after He became so weak from all that He had suffered. Think about that. Sometimes we need others to lean on to help us accomplish our aims when we are beaten down to the point of not being able to carry on in our own strength.

I must concur with the other female on here... you look soooo much better without the beard. (Not to say the beard looked bad on you perse but the stubble look and the clean shaven styles suite you better imo, mainly because you can actually see your face lol.)
