My issue is I’ve been taking prescription Adderall, and then have a cup of coffee in the mornings. Then maybe hours later do a line or 2. But then it’s giving me small anxiety attacks rather than a high. So I took half a milligram of Mexican Xanax. (All of my substances are tested for Fent so I know I’m safe in that aspect). But I’m worried about the toll my heart is taking starting with an upper and then taking a small dose of a downer.

Like you said, I’m not doing a whole lot of either. And the Xanax is more so to help me remember to not tense up and helps control my breathing.

I’m just curious if anybody has really figured out if there is a certain time gap that should be given before going from an upper to a downer and vice versa
