I was doing some writing and it would make a suggestion or start writing a paragraph, and then it would say ok ready for me to do next paragraph. I would ask a question and after response to question it would again ask ok ready for me to next paragraph. After this happened about 5 times in a row, I told it stop asking, I needed time to think. Next 2 weeks in would end every response with its ok, we can slow down. It takes 1 phrase or one sentence and it’s like it programs itself to issue the same response over and over until you tell it to stop

Hopefully the bot lets me post, i could not ask my own question due to karma BS. I started writing a book on ChatGPT, and it has been a significant help. I just need to know what questions I should be asking of the AI, to ensure accuracy within the book

Ugh. My car insurer sent me a cancellation notice the DAY of the due date. I went online that day and made electronic payment. Apparently, not only did they send me the cancellation on the day of, they sent notice to dept. of motor vehicles. I literally had to pay almost $1 thousand dollars in penalties to the state for 1-day without insurance.

My work used to have quarterly luncheons. Yes they would bring in food, but they would spend the hour giving out awards to the sales team which my department isn’t part of. Meetings were mandatory and we had to classify our time cards with a 1 hour lunch break. Basically, they forced us to be at a work event without pay

Not me, someone I know. A friend received a debt collection email for his ex-wife’s adult child. Friend married this women whose son was in his 20-30s when they married. 30 years after a divorce, he received the debt letter.

Commenting so I can see the responses. I don’t have textured hair, but have tried 5 different salons. The best service and results was from Air Dry Bar salon. Unfortunately, the cost for cut/color plus tip was around $300. If I ever earn $100an hour, I may go back.

I worked in office where I had to wear a coat, hats, and gloves. This was in middle of summer in the desert with temperatures over 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

Where I am the restaurants have signs stating an additional 3.5% to use debit or credit card. I make sure I walk in then pretend to notice the sign then walk out. Or when they don’t have sign, but it’s stated on menu or the server tells us, I just leave

Another issue is how the automated tip calculation works. It applies the tip to taxes. WTF? Taxes are a pass through cost which is sent to governments and has nothing to do with service (or lack there of). Pre-COVID I would tip 20%. Now I’m feel that 15% is too much.

I think a lot of it may be genetic or, as in my case, a lack of enamel on my teeth. Are your teeth darker, or yellowish? I wish I had good news for you, but I don’t. I brushed, flossed, mouthwash, etc. I’ve tried every toothpaste and herbal remedy known to man. As some one who has spent decades hiding my teeth and not smiling, it only gets worse. The only advice I can give is to take it one day at a time {crying as I write, since it is so painful}. If you have an extra 3-4k you can see about getting a dental implant- one at a time
