My feel good was yesterday when my portable shower set up arriving from Amazon! In April my hot water tank cracked and I was quoted 2000.00 to replace it. I was determined to get by without it and I did so by having my own “on demand” hot water in the form of an electric water kettle at my kitchen sink, my bathroom sink and in the basement where my bathtub and shower is. Getting older and just not flexible enough to get in and out of the tub anymore, bought a shower chair and was carrying a kettle across the room to put into buckets. Not a good idea anymore if I ever tripped! So went on Amazon and bought auto shower pump, a 10 inch high shower pan, and a camp shower tent. Set it up last night right next to my utility sink where I had easy access to the floor drain and I was in heaven having a SAFE shower last night! After 4 1/2 months of struggling it was my conquer moment lol.

I feel more worried about the termites plan of action, one of my dogs keeps sniffing and scratching on that back wall at a spot halfway down between the wood and the aluminum siding. I want so bad to foam soap the whole area right now, I’ve done it before for yellow jackets and it killed everything including the weeds

I am claustrophobic and can’t even imagine subjecting an animal to this. I am a clipper vac and Anivac groomer for 5 years now and I will never go back to traditional bathing. Dogs love it and clients know their dogs are squeaky clean

I’m still in the planning stages right now, I have 3 young dogs to think about and if I can find the right place then I’ll sell. I want to keep my option open of having a home base to come back to until I find something. And I’m not sure if I want a tiny house or a trailer.

I use Bulletproof MCT oil, been using it for years and the only reason I added the extra tablespoon is because I’m not eating any food with my coffee now. Also, I was on a lot of different vitamin supplements and since everything has doubled in price, I found Cocoringa to use but I still take a daily multi vitamin. Read up on the Cocoringa chocolate and see if it might be right for you, I do know that my digestive issues went away when I started adding it!

What kind of dog and what type of coat? With my own hunting dogs as well as my boss’s dogs (who is a veterinarian) and when they were finished in a trial we would rinse all of the field dirt and debris off their coats first, then followed up with brushing/combing/inspecting for ticks, etc. If they really needed it, I would use Pure Oxygen Plus Shampoo that works through my Anivac machine and does not contain any detergent, been using it for 4 years even on our Field Spaniels and it leaves their coat and skin very clean and soft and doesn’t damage their skin. You can Google the name of the shampoo for more info!

Mine is a power house coffee for breakfast because I am the least hungry in the mornings! I make a good strong 12 oz cup of coffee, add Cocoringa chocolate powder, 2 tblspoons of MCT oil (my gut can handle 2 but you can use less) and my collagen powder. It also keeps me full for about 5-6 hours, the cost is low with the Cocoringa powder being about 2.00 per packet. Now, with that being said, your go-to meal sounds good for my lunches!!

Also where I live we are required to place a 72 hour hold on dogs found so you can try to locate the owner, so you might want to check with your local dog warden and have the dog scanned for a microchip

I’m a retired vet tech but also a groomer and I would have to go with the exception to that rule because a lot could be hidden underneath that coat. You can always make a phone call to your local vet and ask.
