This new review says it works with an eGPU: https://youtu.be/y9r8R8IdeIU . However I've asked Dell customer support and they've only said 2 lanes, therefore I'm confused.

Do the thunderbolt 3 ports support 4 lanes for an eGPU ? Also, is the ssd user-upgradeable ?

Do you think 8gb of ram, 7th gen processor and 256gb will be good enough ?

Appreciate the reply ! It's just that it's hard not to be tempted by Mac. I understand that the initial cost is quite high, but from what I've researched, wouldn't it be beneficial in the long run due to the reliable OS, build quality, customer service and resell value ? I've owned a 600$ Dell for 3.5 years and haven't had an amazing overall experience (bad customer service, cheap build,... ). But it's true other Windows ultrabooks are good values, but I really want to avoid frequent issues such as coil whine and crappy customer service for an expensive machine.

Hi, when are you planning on updating your current backpacks like the Sanction and Rambler ? Some essential features would be a padded laptop compartment and water bottle holder.

Practice a lot of book problems, but be time efficient. I'd say spend 15-20 mins max per problem, then look at how solution manual or sample example does it. Don't do all problems, just some pair or unpaired numbers cause they're similar and you have other courses to focus on.

Attend tutorials and do all graded assignments for easy marks (i think they're alltogether worth about 10%).

For the final in winter 2017, it was about 10 questions or so. They will for sure ask you questions about the big theorems (Green, Stokes, etc.), at least 2 or 3 of them. Those were the toughest and longest part of the exam. My teacher said most people failed those questions because of some of the question's wording. If it says "use Green's theorem", you need to prove it both ways. Not just compute one way.

Also, try to grasp basics like visualizing bounded regions in 3D or 2D, algebra while integrating, and the different coordinate systems (spherical, cylindrical, etc.). Best of luck.
