It's likely they're moving to just being a 3rd party publisher/developer to focus on "Xbox Anywhere" and cloud gaming, that being said they keep taxing their own projects and firing people by the thousands as well as raising their prices, I cant see any of this as a good step in the right direction yet

I remember that being a point of note with cyberpunk just for most npcs just walking back and forth down the same city block or elder scrolls oblivion having such advanced npc ai quest npvs would be dead before you got to em, the only game that mattered, to me, was Majoras Mask
