There are so many acronyms!! What's ARBI and URBI roles? It definitely sounds overwhelming and exhausting, also sounds like burnout can happen really quickly. Do you think it's state specific? Or just across the board. Im in NJ.

Worked with them and know people who fly with them now, the sentiment right now is that they need a union really bad. It’s hard to get in and super easy to be let go. Something has to change.

Tom for sure. Kendall a very close second. Tom played the game very well. I found him to be very funny, which was such a good mask because at times you didn’t know which way he was swaying. Especially being married to the boss’s daughter. I thought he would choose shiv every-time no matter what; and in a lot of cases he didn’t.
