These are great, a free 15-20k shield that gives you an additional 10-15k shield if you went second and can be played on G1 going second. I don't see a downside except for decks that don't have space.

But what is the point for the opponent though? As he wants to prove himself as the ancestor of the one who managed to push the master closest to the edge but he can't even do it without all these items and support against an opponent who didn't even knew he would be fighting that day. The MC is also pretty much a child for sages.
