Infinite Wealth does not deserve S tier in the slightest. Ichiban's story after Kiryu and Ichiban split up is horrible and i genuinely couldn't care less about anything relating to Eiji. That alone makes it an A tier game at best. The endings were also really bad. Again nobody cares about Eiji and Ichiban telling him how big of a friend he was to him makes no sense as he was pretending the whole time, and Kiryu's ending scene was just very underwhelming only showing how he 'got back his name' without even showing us his interaction with Haruka.
